- Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat (such as spelt and Khorasan wheat), rye, barley, oats or their
hybridized strains, and products based on these cereals, with the exception of:
a) glucose syrups based on wheat, including dextrose;
b) maltodextrins based on wheat;
c) glucose syrups based on barley;
d) cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin. - Crustaceans and crustacean products.
- Eggs and egg products.
- Fish and fish products, with the exception of:
a) fish gelatin used as a carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;
b) fish gelatin or isinglass used as a clarifying agent in beer and wine. - Peanuts and peanut products.
- Soybeans and soybean products, except:
a) fully refined soybean oil and fat;
b) natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha-tocopherol, natural D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate and natural D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate
derived from soybeans;
c) phytosterols and phytosterol esters derived from soybean vegetable oils;
d) vegetable stanol ester produced from sterols derived from soybean vegetable oils. - Milk and milk products (including lactose), except:
a) whey used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
b) lactitol. - Nuts, namely: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios,
macadamia or Queensland nuts, and products made from these nuts, with the exception of nuts used for
the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin. - Celery and celery products.
- Mustard and mustard-based products.
- Sesame seeds and sesame seed products.
- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre in terms of total SO2
for products offered ready to consume or reconstituted according to the manufacturer's instructions. - Lupin and lupin-based products.
