Allergens

  1. Cereals containing gluten, namely wheat (like Khorasan spelled and wheat), rye, barley, oats or their
    hybridized strains, and products based on these cereals, with the exception of:
    a) glucose syrup based on wheat, including dextrose;
    b) Maltodextrins based on wheat;
    c) Glucose syrup based on barley;
    d) Cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
  2. Crustaceans and crustacean products.
  3. Eggs and egg products.
  4. Fish and fish based on fish, with the exception of:
    a) the fish gelatin used as a support for preparations of vitamins or carotenoids;
    b) Fish gelatin or ichtyocolle used as a clarification agent in beer and wine.
  5. Peanuts and peanut products.
  6. Soy and soy -based products, with the exception:
    a) Fully refined oil and soy fat;
    b) Mixed natural mixed tocopherols (E306), D-Alpha-Tocopherol Natural, Acetate of D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Natural and Succinate
    E D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Derivatives of soybeans;
    c) phytosterols and phytosterol esters derived from soy vegetable oils;
    d) Ester of vegetable stanol produced from sterols derived from soy vegetable oils.
  7. Milk and milk -based products (including lactose), with the exception:
    a) Lactoserum used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
    b) Du Lactitol.
  8. Hull fruits, namely: almonds, hazelnuts, nuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios,
    macadamia or queensland, and products based on these fruits, with the exception of the fruit with shells used for
    the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
  9. Celery and celery -based products.
  10. Mustard and mustard -based products.
  11. Sesame seeds and sesame seeds.
  12. Sulfurous anhydride and sulfites in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/liter in terms of total SO2
    for products offered ready to consume or reconstituted in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  13. Lupine and Lupine -based products.
  14. Molluscs and mollusc products
