Italy's oldest butcher shop, now in the hands of the 8th generation. Tuscan cured meats matured with Chianti herbs, made from native breeds such as Chianina and Cinta Senese.

Nearly 40 years selecting, refining and distributing artisanal cheeses and cured meats from Italy, alongside producing families and the Presidia Slow Food.
